PVC edge banding
Technoplast edge banding materials combine usability and ease of processing. High strength and chemical resistance provide durability and wear resistance of PVC edge banding products. Technoplast's colour range was specially developed for the Russian market.
Edge banding has a regular shape (90` angles ).
Plasticity and softness of edge banding is determined by the season and ambient air temperature.
Edge banding is coated with a UV-lacquer to protect its surface against damage and scratching.
Edge banding does not turn white when bended at 90` and when cut.
Edge banding is coated with primer enabling the use of any type of hot melt adhesive.
The inside surface colour of edge banding matches its surface colour.
Paints used for manufacturing have the seven degree ultraviolet resistance.
PVC edge banding of wood colours is wood grain embossed, and self-colored edge banding is shagreen embossed.

- The following sizes are available: 0.5mm *19mm, 1.0mm *19mm, 2.0mm *19mm,
- 0.5mm *26m, 2mm *26mm, 2.0mm *30mm, 2.0mm *36mm. 0.5mm *19mm edge banding as well as 2.0mm *19mm edge banding are made by extruding method, therefore the edge banding products of different thicknesses have the same colours.
